- Wouldn't this law also apply against those who defraud the public by claiming to talk to spirts: all those priests and ministers with all their nice real estate? Ahh... I forgot - it's only a crime if you rip off one person. If you rip off hundreds, or thousands, it's a tax exempt charity.
